Terms of Service

By accessing or using Schema.ai ("Service"), including the website at schema.ai, the Schema API, Schema MCP Server, Schema CLI, or any related services provided by Schema.ai Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Schema.ai is a structured observability knowledge base that delivers telemetry context for infrastructure producers. The Service is available via web, MCP (Model Context Protocol), CLI, API, and skill interfaces.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

API keys issued to you are for your use only. You may not share, sell, or transfer API keys to third parties. You are responsible for all activity associated with your API keys. Revoke compromised keys immediately via your account settings.

The Service offers Free and Pro tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or content gating
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Scrape or bulk-download content beyond normal API usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another user or entity
• Use the Service to build a competing product using our data

The Service, including its content, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Schema.ai Labs. Content delivered through the Service (metrics, insights, guidance) is compiled from public sources with attribution. Original analysis and curation are our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of infrastructure metrics, insights, or guidance provided through the Service.

The Service provides observability intelligence for informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information from the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schema.ai Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
