Edge OpenTelemetry Trace Export Failure

Edge Functions on Vercel Edge Runtime lose telemetry data when functions terminate before traces are flushed to collector. The Edge Runtime's short lifecycle and lack of background task support means spans get dropped if not explicitly flushed before function return.
