critical
availabilityUpdated Mar 6, 2026(via Exa)
How to detect:

The postgresql-x64-17 service is not running, causing Veeam ONE Caching Service to fail connecting to localhost:5432 and preventing all report generation.

Recommended action:

Open services.msc, locate postgresql-x64-17 service and start it. Then restart Veeam ONE Caching Service. Verify successful connection in C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Veeam ONE\Logs\CachingService\Service.log by checking for 'DB test result: Ok' at the bottom of the log.
