Restore operation succeeds in unrestricted network but fails to transfer data in network with restrictive policies, transferring only schema/class definitions. Same version on both source and destination confirmed.

Review network firewall and egress policies to ensure Weaviate restore operations have same connectivity permissions as query operations. Test restore in less restrictive network environment to confirm network is the blocking factor. Check logs for connection timeout or blocked connection errors during restore.
