How to detect:

Object storage platforms that implement S3 API but are not in the certified list (Amazon S3, Google GCS, Azure Blob Storage, Pure Storage FlashBlade, Nutanix Objects, NetApp Object Storage, Dell EMC ECS, MinIO, Cloudian, CEPH, Scality) fail when used with Tiered Storage.

Recommended action:

Use only certified object stores: Amazon S3, Google GCS, Azure Blob Storage, Pure Storage FlashBlade, Nutanix Objects, NetApp Object Storage, Dell EMC ECS, MinIO, Cloudian, CEPH, or Scality. Do not attempt to use other S3-compatible object stores.
