Worker heartbeat latency indicates network or broker issues

How to detect:
Worker heartbeat latency exceeds 30 seconds, indicating network issues, broker congestion, or worker health problems. Normal latency should be <5 seconds. High latency causes delayed failure detection and task routing issues.
Recommended action:
Monitor worker heartbeat latency continuously. Alert if latency >30s. Investigate network connectivity between workers and broker. Check broker resource utilization (CPU, memory, disk). Verify worker process health and resource availability. Enable automatic dead worker detection.
